Description
This cup-style ochazuke (tea-flavored rice soup) contains a blend of rice (domestic Japanese rice) specially formulated to complement the ochazuke flavor. Because it includes rice, you can enjoy ochazuke anytime, anywhere, just by adding hot water. The rice is made using a "pressurized high-temperature cooking method" to bring out the sweetness and umami of the rice, and then freeze-dried to preserve the freshly cooked flavor. We've blended this with rice made using Nagatanien's unique method to improve the texture of the rice. The salmon flakes are made with our unique process to create a rich and flavorful taste.
