1. Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be longer.
• If an item is out of stock, a pre-order, or otherwise delayed for a reasonable reason, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available, but no later than 1 month after the order is confirmed.
• Please note: Orders are processed only on business days. We do not ship on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
• We ship worldwide using DHL, Japan Post (EMS), UPS, FedEx, Yamato Transport, and Sagawa Express.
• All orders are shipped via express services with tracking included, depending on your region and package size.
• Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 business days.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped.
3. Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are weight-based and vary depending on the destination region.
• Free Express Shipping is available worldwide on all orders over US$200.

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
• If a package cannot be delivered due to refusal of receipt, long-term absence, or an incorrect shipping address:
- The order will be considered canceled.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and return costs will not be refunded.
- Returned items may be disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities, and we are not responsible for any loss.
5. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• You can check the status of your package directly with the carrier, or through your Tokyo Stash Account or the Track My Order page.
6. Delays
• Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, local holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
