Managing Your Account

Once completed, your account will be created and you will be logged in.

At Tokyo Stash, you don’t need to remember a password — signing in is simple and secure with a one-time code.

With this password-free login, your Tokyo Stash Account is always easy to access whenever you need it.

If you need to change your registered name, address, email address, or other details, please follow these steps in your Tokyo Stash Account:

  1. Log in to Your Account Page
    Access the account page using your registered email address and the one-time verification code.
  2. Edit Your Information
    Select the appropriate section on the account page (e.g., personal information, address information), then enter or update the information you wish to change.
  3. Save Changes
    After updating the necessary fields, click the Save button to confirm and apply the changes.

Orders and Payments

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of tax.

You can pay using the following methods:

  1. Credit Card
  2. PayPal
  3. Bank Transfer

We automatically send an Order Confirmation email after your purchase, which includes a link to download your receipt (PDF). You can also log into your Tokyo Stash Account anytime to view your past orders and payment details.

If you do not receive the order confirmation email, the following reasons may apply:

  • Your email settings may have marked it as spam.
  • The email may have been sorted into your spam/junk folder.

Please adjust your settings to allow emails from @tokyostash.com.

After placing your order online, you can confirm the details in the following ways:

  • By checking the “Order Confirmation” email sent to your registered email address.
  • By viewing your order history in your Tokyo Stash Account.

We’re sorry, but we cannot change the payment method once the order has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.

At the moment, Tokyo Stash operates exclusively online. But don’t worry—we handpick our items from across Tokyo and deliver them straight to your doorstep, wherever you are in the world. If we ever host a pop-up store or event in the future, we’ll announce it via our newsletter and social media.

All Tokyo Stash orders are shipped via express services such as DHL, Japan Post (EMS), UPS, FedEx, or Yamato Transport, depending on your region and package size. Every shipment includes a tracking number, so you can follow your order all the way to your door with confidence.

Our shipping fees are weight-based and vary by destination region. To check which countries are included in each region, please see the “Where We Ship” section in our FAQ. All orders are shipped via express services with tracking included.

Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid separately upon delivery.

We provide Free Express Shipping worldwide on all orders over US$200.

Import duties, taxes, and other fees may be applied by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after shipping, depending on your destination. Express carriers such as DHL and EMS may deliver faster.
  • Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is not immediately available, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available—no later than 1 month after order confirmation.

Please Note:

  • Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local holidays, or courier disruptions.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

We’re currently unable to accept requests to specify or change delivery dates. Thank you for your understanding—we’ll ship your order as quickly as possible.

  1. Missed Delivery or Absence
    If you receive a missed delivery notice, please follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery as soon as possible.
  2. Failed Deliveries
    If your package is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or long-term absence, the order will be considered canceled. Shipping fees, customs duties, and return costs will not be refunded, and returned items may be disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your delivery in real time by visiting our Tokyo Stash Tracking Page or by logging into your Tokyo Stash Account.

Here are the ways to track your order:

  1. Email Notification – Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking details.
  2. Tokyo Stash Account – Log in to your account, go to Order, select the order you want to track, and click the tracking link provided on the summary page.
  3. Direct Tracking Page – Click Track My Order to view the latest status anytime without logging in.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’re happy to offer a refund—as long as it hasn’t been used and you notify us within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is unused and in original packaging
  2. There is a clear defect or damage
  3. You contact our chat support within 10 days of receiving the item
  4. You send photos showing the issue
  5. You return the item using the instructions we provide after approval

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food or drink items
  • Used cosmetics or skincare
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund total.
  • Shipping, customs, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
