Refund policy


1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns only for defective or damaged items that are unused and reported within 10 days of receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted if:
   - The item has no defect or damage.
   - The item has been used even once.
   - You fail to contact us in advance.
   - More than 10 days have passed since the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items
• Perishable goods, opened food or beverage products
• Cosmetics or skincare products that have been opened or used
• Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale”
• Customized or personalized products

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us through our chat support within 10 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using the method we specify.

4. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Payment processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a replacement item, please place a new order after receiving a refund.

6. Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
