Description
This product is supervised by Shikairo, a famous restaurant in Nagasaki. We've developed it to resemble their signature Sara Udon, with crispy, thin noodles and a rich, creamy broth-based ankake (thickened sauce). It also includes Kincho Sauce, found in the restaurant, and "Jimi Kouyu," a flavorful stir-fry oil that enhances the taste.
