Yamasa's Umaniku Nabe Tsuyu Nigori Katsuo Dashi is a ready-to-use straight-type hot pot broth designed to bring out the best in meat. A rich blend of three fish powders (bonito, urume sardine, and souda bonito) combined with kombu kelp umami creates a deep, full-bodied flavor with a cloudy dashi finish.
