Description
No need to adjust the heat, and no boil-over! This earthenware pot lets you cook rice directly over a gas flame. The Kamado-san 2-Go (rice cooker) cooks two "go" (合 - a traditional Japanese unit of volume) of white rice in about 11 minutes over medium-high heat, followed by 20 minutes of steaming. No heat adjustment is needed. Extend the cooking time by about a minute for a fragrant, slightly burnt crust. Also perfect for cooking seasoned rice and brown rice.
