Hiru-ge is a fresh miso soup made with rich soybean miso. We've carefully selected the best ingredients, including Katsuobushi from Makurazaki, kelp, and dried sardines, to create a flavorful and fragrant soup. Using both delicately scented Honkarebushi and richly flavored Arabushi, we've perfected the "dashi" (broth) for this miso soup. Contains wakame seaweed, wheat gluten, and green onions.
