Description
This is a 3x concentrated sauce that can be used not only as mentsuyu (noodle dipping sauce) but also for simmered dishes, rice bowls, and hot pots. "Hanakatsuo blended dashi" - Dashi is the foundation of Japanese cuisine. That's why we carefully extract dashi from selected dried fish flakes and finish it with high-quality hanakatsuo (thinly shaved dried bonito flakes). The deep umami and fragrant dashi enhance the flavor of the sauce. [Dilution Ratio] Mori-tsuyu (cold dipping sauce): Dilute 3 parts with water or hot water. Kake-tsuyu (hot soup): Dilute 6 parts with hot water.
