Description
Cupstar Tonkotsu flavor features a distinctive broth simmered from pork bones. The noodles are medium-thin with a firm, smooth surface and a pleasant bite. Their crinkled texture ensures excellent soup adherence. The soup is based on the rich flavor of simmered pork, blended with aromatic vegetables like garlic and ginger. Soy sauce is added to create a mellow and rich soup. The toppings include seasoned ground pork, sesame seeds, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and spicy mustard greens.
