Description
Contains 12mg of ornithine (equivalent to approximately 30 clams) per tablespoon (15ml). This dashi soy sauce features a mellow and rich flavor, based on our premium "Honzen" soy sauce, combined with Yamato clam extract and 12mg of ornithine (equivalent to approximately 30 clams) per tablespoon (15ml). It adds a unique accent and depth to dishes like dipping sauces, toppings, and simmered dishes.
