Description
Cook Do Hoikoro is a Chinese stir-fry sauce for twice-cooked pork with cabbage. Roasted miso is enriched with the deep umami of aged douchi (fermented black beans), yielding a fragrant, sweet-savory sauce that coats pork and cabbage beautifully.
