Description
This premium dipping sauce is crafted to highlight the exceptional quality of our "Honzen" fine-dining soy sauce. Made with "Honzen" soy sauce, this is a double-strength concentrate. To best preserve the "Honzen" flavor, we use a "semi-raw kaeshi method" (*1) which allows the natural aroma and taste of the soy sauce to shine. The broth features domestically sourced aged dried bonito flakes and genuine kombu kelp, creating a perfectly balanced soy sauce and dashi flavor. It's not just for noodles! Use it for simmering dishes, rice bowls, or simply drizzle it over cold tofu or blanched greens.
(*1) A kaeshi (soy sauce base) preparation method where only half of the soy sauce used is heated. This minimizes heating and preserves the original aroma and flavor of the soy sauce.

* Dipping Sauce (cold): Dilute 1 part sauce with 2 parts water or hot water.
* Soup Base (hot): Dilute 1 part sauce with 3-4 parts hot water.
