Description
This rich tomato puree is packed with 1.5 times more lycopene than our regular tomato puree* thanks to the use of fully ripened tomatoes. We've concentrated these ripe tomatoes to four times their original volume. Each 150g pouch contains the equivalent of approximately 8 ripe tomatoes. Use it as a base for all your tomato dishes, from soups and meat sauces to a wide variety of other recipes. It's also great for adding depth of flavor to curries and stews. For soups and stews, add 3 cups (600ml) of water; one pouch makes 3-4 servings. (*Compared to our company's standard tomato puree for home use)
