Description
Kikkoman Itsudemo Shinsen Udon ga Umai Dashi Shoyu is a dashi-infused soy sauce crafted specifically for udon noodle dishes. It blends six domestic Japanese dashi ingredients (katsuo bonito, soda-katsuo, urume sardine, kombu kelp, niboshi, shiitake) with multiple soy sauces for a flavor perfectly matched to udon. Try it on kamatama udon or bukkake udon using about 1 tablespoon (15ml) per serving. The Yawaraka Mippu Bottle double-wall design keeps shoyu and dashi aroma fresh for 90 days after opening at room temperature, with one-hand squeeze dispensing.
