Description
Made with thinly shaved bonito flakes for easy eating and melt-in-your-mouth tororo kelp. We use Kishu plums, Hokkaido kelp, and Makurazaki bonito flakes. Enjoy it in a variety of ways, such as with rice porridge, rice balls, or ochazuke (tea over rice).
