Description
Kikkoman Tokusen Marudaizu Genen Shoyu (Premium Whole Soybean Low Sodium Soy Sauce) is brewed with 100% whole soybeans for a richer, mellower umami than ordinary reduced-salt shoyu. Sodium is cut by 50% compared to standard Koikuchi soy sauce (17.5% salt), yet the depth of aroma and premium umami remain uncompromised. Its robust yet refined character makes it perfect for sashimi dipping, simmered dishes (nimono), stir-fries and everyday Japanese cooking where flavor must shine despite lower salt.
