Momoya Ajitsuke Zasai Pickled Mustard Stems 100g is an authentic Chinese-style zasai (zha cai) crafted using the traditional Sichuan method. The knotty stems of Chinese mustard greens are salted, lactic-acid fermented, air-dried, and then slow-aged in crocks for about a year with more than ten spices — letting the complex, aromatic flavor penetrate deep into every piece. Finished with sesame oil and soy sauce, it's ready to enjoy straight from the jar.
