Introducing the new "Asage" miso soup, born from a deep dive into the deliciousness of our long-selling brand and the power of fermentation! Using Nagatanien's unique "Double Miso Preparation Method" – combining both freeze-dried and raw miso – this soup contains 1.48 times more fermented miso (while maintaining the same salt content) compared to our standard "Raw Miso Type Asage," resulting in a richer, more flavorful miso soup. We've also used thicker-cut wheat gluten (ofu) that soaks up the miso soup, bursting with flavor in every bite. Each serving contains 1 billion lactic acid bacteria derived from our miso brewery.
