Description
This instant miso soup uses freeze-dried miso powder, allowing you to savor the flavors of five different dashi ingredients: sardine, coarsely ground bonito flakes, grilled flying fish, matured bonito flakes, and kelp. Simply add hot water and it dissolves instantly, releasing the rich aroma of miso. The balanced combination of these five dashi ingredients ensures a rich aroma and deep flavor from the first sip to the last. To highlight the rich dashi flavor, we use two types of rice miso with different aging periods. The ingredients are kept simple with just green onions and wheat gluten. It can be stored at room temperature, maintaining its deliciousness for a long time (shelf life of 12 months), and is quick to prepare and easy to carry.
