Hiruze miso soup, a long-selling favorite, now in a value-sized pack! This is a "raw miso" type, made with rich soybean miso. We've carefully selected the finest ingredients for exceptional flavor and aroma: premium Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) from Makurazaki, kombu kelp, and dried sardines. We use both delicately fragrant Honkarebushi and richly flavored Arabushi to create a miso soup that truly "masters the dashi" (broth). Includes wakame seaweed, wheat gluten (fu), and green onion.
