Description
This chirashizushi seasoning mix makes it easy to create delicious chirashizushi simply by mixing it with warm rice. It contains five kinds of vegetables: lotus root, carrot, dried gourd shavings, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms. The seasoned vinegar uses rice vinegar and mellow black vinegar. Garnish with your favorite toppings such as shredded egg crepes, tuna or other sashimi, and snow peas to further enhance the flavor.
